I have chosen to practice at Path primarily because I believe in delivering quality care. My own philosophy of life includes the importance of focusing on overall health and wellness through nutrition, exercise and stress-relieving relaxation. I believe that the goal of treatment is to promote and encourage recovery to as much health and balance as possible and to improve functionality and quality of life.
I followed my passion for mental health and received my doctoral degree from the American School of Professional Psychology in Alameda, California and offer years of experience providing mental health psychotherapy with particular interest in mindfulness and holistic treatment approach. I have experience in providing a wide range of counseling in a multicultural setting, including immigrants and members of the LGBTQ community.
In my theoretical approach, I utilize CBT, somatic and short-term dynamically oriented psychotherapies as I tailor my approach to meet your particular needs.
Originally from Poland, I am now a proud American citizen. I speak both English and Polish fluently. When not at work, I love to engage in yoga and meditation as well as a variety of outdoor activities in the beautiful Bay Area. I especially like hiking and walking my dog on the beach of Santa Cruz, California.
