I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I like to use cognitive behavior therapy and gestalt therapy to help my clients get from point A to point B, but I also like to get to know my clients so I can decide how I can best help them on their journey. Our time together will be spent processing emotions and exploring your life timeline. There may also be work I ask you to do outside of our sessions.
You are the expert in your life, and I am here to be your guide. I will help you explore the blocks you are facing in life and support you through these challenges by helping you change your narrative. I will create a safe space for you to explore any issues you need help navigating. Together, we will help you make the changes you desire.
