I have been practicing since 1999. I believe childhood experience informs individuals on how to think and behave in adulthood. Gaining insight of how those experiences affected an individual; permits an individual to make changes in their belief system about self and others that is no longer adaptive.Once issues have been identified it's important to process through past experiences. I use EMDR; letter writing; psychodynamic intervention to name a few to help my clients resolve past traumatic experiences.
