I have extensive training in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. My interests also lie in helping people adjust to major life changes, cope with grief, loss, or transitions and manage challenging relationships. I am drawn to the modality of Internal Family Systems (IFS) which emphasizes that there are no "bad" symptoms or parts of ourselves- just misguided ones. My goal is to help clients understand and integrate the parts of themselves they have always struggled with, to start to feel more complete and live in their authentic selves. I use a variety of practical tools and strategies that clients can incorporate to minimize unnecessary stress and problems and increase quality of life.
