Psychotherapist
NJ
As a proud member of the Hispanic community, I am deeply committed to creating a culturally sensitive and empowering space for all clients, and have a passion for helping individuals process and heal from generational trauma, fostering resilience and self-awareness that can ripple through families and future generations. My specialities include supporting those living with bipolar disorder, healing from trauma, rebuilding self-esteem, and improving relationships. I work closely with family members of individuals with bipolar disorder to help them navigate their experiences with understanding and compassion. I work with adults of all ages using an integrative approach that blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space, brightened humor, where clients feel truly seen and valued. I believe that healing happens through connection, understanding, and the courage to grow at your own pace. I require a 15 minute consult call to see if we are the best fit. I offer telehealth and in person sessions in West Orange, NJ. During Telehealth sessions, I'm sure my dogs will make an appearance too. One small pivot can change everything.
