My goal as a counselor is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where a trusting therapeutic relationship can flourish. I have been professionally practicing for four years, with formal training in treating religious trauma, working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and addressing posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I strive to provide a space where you feel both fully accepted and gently challenged, empowering you to connect with your innate ability to heal and grow.
My therapeutic approach is predominantly person-centered and non-hierarchical, influenced by depth-oriented therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive-behavioral therapy, and relational-cultural therapy. I also enjoy engaging clients in inner-child work, parts work, and Gestalt techniques. Grounded in a flexible, client-centered framework, I tailor my approach to best fit you as a client, making our work together a collaborative journey.
