Sessions start with who you are: your music, your games, what you love. Then we build real skills with CBT and DBT, at a pace you set. I'm calm, warm, and quick to laugh. I'm calm, warm, collaborative, and quick to laugh. I'll hand you the tools; the choice to use them is always yours.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions start with who you are, not what's wrong. I'll want to hear about your music, your games, your team, the show you're rewatching. From there I use CBT, DBT, and person-centered work — practical skills for big emotions and unhelpful thoughts, with you setting the direction. No one will ever understand your life the way you do; my job is to be the person who genuinely wants to.
