Raul, while his job is to listen, he listens to what you have to say intently and has a memory that recalls details from sessions months in the past without having to look at notes, which I don’t recall him ever taking. He shows a genuine interest in details you may share and exudes a friendly comfort like your talking to an old friend. He’s one of those rare people who actually seems to enjoy his career, which inevitably makes him a better therapist.
