I work with couples and individuals caught in dysfunctional patterns. I am trained in the Developmental Couples Model and use Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman method in my work as well. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I focus on the mind-body connection and use somatic methods including internal family systems, somatic experiencing, and meditation. I have advanced training in sex therapy and work with issues related to sex and sexuality under the guided supervision of AASECT-certified sex therapists. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College.
