In my work, I focus on helping clients navigate emotional challenges, interpersonal relationships, early-life traumas, and life transitions. My approach is highly adaptable, centered on building a collaborative relationship that honors each client’s individuality. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy, tailoring my methods to best support each client’s goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will engage in conversations about the topics that interest you and that you wish to discuss, uncovering the details and clues you may have overlooked, and looking at yourself from a different perspective. You may gain a new way of yourself. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and insightful. I primarily draw from human-centered, CBT, and feminist approaches.
