My focus I love working with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, overwhelmed moms, and neurological conditions, specifically Parkinson’s patients. I also really thrive when working with parents of Neurodivergent children to provide coaching and real-time strategies to help improve their relationship with their child and allow you to better support the needs of your child. I am certified as a NeuroPilates Movement Specialist and enjoy working with neurological conditions and supporting their family caregivers. I infuse movement and neuroscience into sessions to get the best outcome for long-term growth and stability.
