Rebecca is an exceptionally attentive and thoughtful therapist who consistently makes me feel heard and understood. She communicates in a clear, straight-to-the-point way, which is EXACTLY what I need. She explains things using simple, relatable analogies that actually make complex ideas click. From our first meeting, I told her I need specific, targeted questions rather than open-ended prompts, and she has done an excellent job honoring that. Her questions are intentional, focused, and insightful, helping me reflect without feeling overwhelmed or lost. If I don’t understand something, she is always happy to explain it again in a different way until it makes sense. I never feel rushed or pushed to share more than I’m comfortable with. Rebecca is bright, compassionate, and especially great for people who tend to analyze their emotions rather than immediately feel them. Most importantly, she genuinely wants to help, and I can feel that in how she listens and responds.
