Regina is great, I feel like I have learned a lot and made a lot of progress. I can be pessimistic about my own progress, but she is very reassuring and big on looking at my small wins. It's been almost a year since I've been seeing her consistently and she's been important to my healing and spiritual journey.

Regina is great! I have really enjoyed working with her, my only piece of feedback would be for her to minimize notifications or other potential distractions while having conversations. It's easy to notice and can be distracting.

I support individuals seeking to heal by sorting out areas of the past and present that impact their current functioning. While you will have your own goals, my ultimate aim is for you to leave therapy one step closer to knowing who you are beyond the layers. We will utilize strategies to acknowledge how thinking has influenced your current actions. We will use a holistic approach to increase awareness of how mind, body, and spirit work together through the healing process.
Let's face it, life throws us many curveballs. Some of these curveballs provoke anxiety and depression. Other, more serious life events contribute to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Major Depressive episodes. You deserve a space to therapeutically unfold and unravel how these curveballs and life events have impacted your life. You deserve to overcome and live a meaningful life. Let's take anxiety and depression out of the driver’s seat and place you as the rightful navigator of your life. I'm here to support you through the healing and growing process. In our sessions together, I ensure you encounter a judgment-free space.

My first appointment with Dr. Regina was incredibly welcoming. I highly suggest taking the time to fill out the intake form as it helps have a more guided conversation. We got a lot covered in just one session, I was left with a sense of relief, and with tools to get started on this journey. I am looking forward to continue working with them.
