In addition to my training in evidence-based therapies, I also utilize an intuitive counseling approach. I work with clients seeking to resolve issues related to childhood trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and bullying. Untreated stress and trauma can manifest in the body as depression and anxiety, but also chronic health issues like back pain, autoimmune disease, headaches, acid reflux, and more.
