Being heard and understood has been so helpful for my self-confidence. Getting tangible coping skills and setting small goals has allowed me to achieve things I truly did not think were possible for me in my life. If my old self could see me now, she would not believe her eyes!

Never revived a callback after cancelling 1 minute prior to my appointment. I was contacted and told that I would receive further follow up to reschedule my appointment. I never received any messages after the cancellation.
