I like that I can talk to him almost as if I am chatting with a friend, it takes the edge of conversation and makes it easier go into deep discussions.

Roman’s view on therapy begins with the client first. He believes that the most important part of therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. Each person who comes to therapy brings with them their own unique way of seeing the world as well as the challenges that go along with it. By working together, Roman strives to assist the client in changing themselves in the way that they desire.
Roman’s training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy (tapping), Focusing Psychotherapy, and EMDR. While each of these modalities comes with its own techniques and philosophies, He is able to modify them according to the direction that the client wishes to go into.
Roman’s work experiences include working at a medical hospital and psychotherapy outpatient clinic. He is experienced working with diverse types of clients including ones who struggle with depression, anxiety, phase of life problems, and complex trauma (sexual assaults, child physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, torture, and trafficking). Roman works remotely and is available for teletherapy.
