I have been working in the mental health field, in different capacities for 20 years. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe and inspiring space. My approach is always honest and direct, but gentle and dialogic. I take into consideration my client’s internal resources at the time and want to support them in understanding their feelings and behaviors and help guide in the journey to increased self-awareness and owned responsibility in the areas of life that have become overwhelming, with the end goal of healing and resolution. I enjoy especially working with Transitional Age Youth, but also have experience with adults and children. I have experience in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorder and stress, trauma and schizophrenia.
