I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel this experience deserves to be shared so others can make informed choices. I had an initial session with this therapist, during which we discussed next steps and she confirmed what we’d talk about in the next appointment. However, a day later, she canceled the upcoming session and referred me to another provider without prior discussion. While I understand the need for clinical fit, the sudden cancellation after establishing a plan felt unprofessional and disappointing.
