I've been working with Ruschelle for a while, and I truly can't picture my life without her. That may sound extreme, but the way she's been able to consistently help me in most aspects of my life has been tremendous. What I like so much about working with Ruschelle is that she is able to hold up a proverbial mirror to alot of the things I think about, and ways I think about those things, in a constructive and supportive way that always helps me grow. She's extremely committed to helping me achieve my goals too, which I really appreciate.

Are you looking to overcome depression, anxiety, or improve relationships? My staff and I provide a safe space to rediscover yourself, break through limiting beliefs and overcome feeling stuck in all areas of your life.
In session, tools such as hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), and creative therapies can be utilized. Sessions combine these with cognitive behavioral therapy to help you overcome negative self talk and low self esteem.
As a survivor of Lyme disease, part of my practice specializes in managing chronic disease. All clinicians on staff are Lyme literate and familiar with chronic disease.
We are happy to provide you a receipt for reimbursement or possibly file insurance on your behalf.
All clinicians are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, have backgrounds in trauma treatment and can work with individuals, couples or families.

We are here to help you improve self esteem, resolve relationship conflicts, and overcome depression and anxiety.
Sessions are goal oriented and combine cognitive behavioral therapy with creative therapies to help you overcome negative self talk and low self esteem.
As a survivor of Lyme Disease I also understand the challenges faced by having a chronic health condition. I work with you to slow down, get organized and develop a plan. I offer consistent therapy sessions that can include family interventions, as well as in-home (when applicable), and phone sessions. All clinicians are Lyme and chronic disease literate.

I was always hesitant to go to therapy, but Ruschelle has made the experience approachable and extremely valuable. She has used innovative and alternative approaches while working with me, which I really appreciate. She makes it easy to talk about difficult issues that until this point I have buried. Ultimately, I couldn't recommend her more.

Ruschelle is a gem. I was set up with her by her previous employer by chance, and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. She is non-judgemental, incredibly compassionate, and comfortable to be around. While I chose to come to therapy on my own, I was extremely hesitant about having to open up to someone to that depth of vulnerability. She made the initiation process feel very natural & easy. Over a year later, I can say that I wouldn't trust another therapist. I'm not looking forward to eventually ending our sessions, (despite the fact that will prove the immense help she has provided to my emotional well-being). I can not recommend her enough provide 6 stars if possible.
