Through my practice, I’ve found that grounding therapy in compassionate, connection-based care, while integrating therapeutic tools, can help foster a stronger sense of self and a deeper connection to the world around us. I warmly welcome you to reach out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am dedicated to supporting people as they navigate multiple identities bridging culture, ethnicity, and language that shape their sense of self. My perspective is influenced by my work supporting vulnerable adults and older adults from diverse backgrounds, treating experiences of grief, anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, and complex relationships with substance use.
