I enjoy working with clients who manage ADHD, Anxiety, and depression. I specialize in individual short term therapy and medical cannabis. ***The state will not allow me to sign off for a medical card- write your legislators!- I do not sell or provide medical cannabis in any form.***My goal is to equip you with skills to achieve your goals. I use CBT and MI as my primary approaches. These approaches are goal-oriented and will require you to do work outside of sessions. I do offer group therapy online. Groups are planned and scheduled as demand requires. A minimum of 6 people are required to secure a group. I offer free 15 min consultations to see if we are a good fit to work together.
