To put it very simply, Rylie is a great therapist I could not recommend more highly. I spent a lot of time this round of therapy searching for a therapist that would be a good fit for me and I found that in Rylie. Over the 6 months I have been working with him I feel like Rylie has really gotten to know me and how my brain works. I really appreciate his balance of challenging my perspective when necessary but also pointing out the positives and supporting me when I need it most. I feel like I've really made a lot of progress in my time working with RB and I look forward to continuing the journey. His 5 stars are well earned
When I met with Rylie I was In full crisis mode. I had just finished a 14 year relationship, I had to give up 2 of my dogs, I had to move to a new apartment in a new area, I had to find a new job. I was totally sinking. Rylie was completely calm, completely reassuring & over the course of a number of weeks showed me how to handle stress & how to think things trough logically so I could make the best decisions. His voice is so calming & reassuring, you are transfixed by his knowledge of how to help you navigate the worst times. I was able to change jobs, find new accomodation, and manage the loss of having to hand over my dogs to a new home. I am totally changed thanks to him. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

More about Rylie Bair, MA

Rylie Bair is a pre-licensed provider working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Whether it’s in your career, relationships, or solitude, we all have the means to unlock our desired feelings in these spaces. My goal is to help you do it. I hope we can create an environment to give you the tools to rethink your negative thoughts, explore emotions, and set goals through the process of mindfulness. I believe collaboration is the most important part of therapy. Therapy should be individualized for you, considering all parts of one’s identity and individual needs. I believe our diversity is what makes us truly special and we deserve a place where that can be seen. The therapeutic space can be a great place to begin exploring behavior patterns, identities, and so much more, all within the safety of the space we create together. My approach to therapy is multimodal and incorporates a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through CBT and Narative Therapy, we learn to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns by retelling your life story, while ACT introduces mindfulness and acceptance practices. I believe this combination allows us to be holistic in our treatment of our specific needs and experiences. I come from a diverse background and understand the importance of finding a therapist who can relate to the nuances of various identities. Finding therapy that works on your schedule can be difficult, which is why I’m pleased to offer the flexibility of in-person and virtual therapy sessions to make therapy more accessible from the comfort of your home.

Rylie has been a great and understanding therapist. He provides structure to help diagnose and treat, but also the flexibility to deviate when needed as other issues arise. He has been a pleasure to work with.
Rylie is a kind and thoughtful therapist. He provides the structure needed to help diagnose, treat, and work through issues. However, he is also flexible in deviating when other issues arise between appointments. He has been a pleasure to work with.
I’ve been a patient of Rylie’s for a few months and I’ve already made major progress in my mental health journey thanks to him. I’ve left every session so far with a new perspective and optimism. He makes you want to do the work and always meets you where you are.
I knew right away from my introductory meeting when searching for the right therapist for me that I didn’t need to look Further & I would be on my road to recovery. I feel he has helped me tremendously in a short time with complex issues in a very graceful and Sophisticated way. I understand myself better and my situations. I highly recommend Dr. Blair. He is very professional and I am thankful.
I cannot begin to express how invaluable Rylie has been as a therapist and how grateful I am for the support and guidance I've received during our sessions. From our very first chat, he created a safe space where I could be myself and feel comfortable. His insight, patience, and thoughtfulness have helped guide some of my toughest moments and habits. Every session has felt like a step forward on my journey, and I get prouder and prouder of the person I am when I leave sessions. I look forward to each one. Thank you, Rylie!
I’ve been working with Rylie for a year and a half and he is one of the best therapists I’ve ever met. He’s insightful and compassionate, overall a great professional. If you’re new to therapy (like I was) you’ll be in great hands. He has never been late or cancelled a visit. He also challenges me to dig deeper. I HIGHLY recommend working with him, you’ll be doing yourself a favor.
Rylie is a kind thoughtful therapist who's both great at making you feel listened to while challenging you at the right moments so you a move forward. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to start learning more about why they do certain unhelpful behaviors and try to make improvements.
A colleague recommended Rylie to me, I was going through a turbulent period and needed someone to talk to and help think it through. Rylie was essential to maintaining hold of my wits through that difficult time. He helped me look at things from various perspectives and regain balance. I am deeply grateful for his help.
