I’ve been a therapist since 95’ in various capacities with different ages and positions. Also; had my own agency in which I specialize in individual and couples counseling. My approach is client centered. Utilizing reality based strategies. Promoting; empowering and strengthening people to be able to focus and achieve their life’s pursuits. This is accomplished with connectedness; exploration; and maintaining focus. My style is to disarm with support; empathy and direction. I also; utilize CBT; cognitive behavioral therapy.
