As a psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I am passionate about guiding clients to healing and success. With dual training in individual mental health and couples and relational issues and a commitment to assisting clients within my areas of expertise, I specialize in working with individuals and couples and focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, and relational issues.
With in-depth experience in evidence-based approaches related to individual therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. Leveraging various experiential and solution-focused approaches for couples, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I strive to identify and resolve the core roots of relational issues rather than take a band-aid approach.
To maximize client success and engagement, I leverage and implement a collaborative approach by allowing clients to take the driver’s seat. I assist clients by fostering a safe environment that allows them to feel comfortable taking charge and moving forward through their lives. I enjoy using my versatile skill set to assist individuals with resolving trauma and relational issues, and couples with bettering their relationships.
Currently serving as a Founder, Owner, and Clinical Director of Therapy and Co, I utilize a humanistic, experiential, and solution-focused approach with a strength-based lens to help clients create and implement effective strategies to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, intimacy, and relational issues.
