The provider is supervised by Jenai Tidwell. Are anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, trauma, or chronic stress making it difficult to feel like yourself? You may find yourself trapped in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing decisions, feeling emotionally exhausted, or struggling to quiet your mind. I work with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, and burnout who want relief from overwhelming thoughts and a greater sense of calm, confidence, and control. I offer a warm, supportive environment where healing and growth can happen at your pace. I integrate Brainspotting (BSP), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and trauma-informed therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety and OCD symptoms, regulate emotions, and build healthier coping skills. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. You don't have to do it alone. Whether we meet virtually or in person, I'm here to help you find relief, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In sessions focused on trauma, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore past experiences at a comfortable pace. Using Brainspotting and CBT, you will access and release deeply held trauma without needing to relive painful memories. Together, we will build coping strategies to manage emotions, strengthen resilience, and foster a path to empowerment and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I combine Brainspotting and CBT to support comprehensive healing. Brainspotting helps clients access and process deeply held trauma, while CBT focuses on reframing negative thought patterns and developing practical coping strategies. Together, these approaches address both the emotional roots of trauma and the thought patterns that sustain distress, fostering resilience and lasting change.
