The goal of therapy with me is to explore ourselves and care for what needs to heal and grow where there is room to grow. Using a trauma informed, anti-oppressive framework we will work on having a deeper understanding of ourselves, a crucial step in taking control over our personal narrative and utilizing the powers and strengths that we have to live a wholesome life. When growing this deeper understanding, we will use art as a tool used to help explore our inner selves and communicate where worlds may not be enough.
