Dr. Samantha Ewart, LICSW (she/her/hers) has been a practicing social worker since 2011. She has spent most of her career working with folx who have experienced various forms of trauma. She also has extensive practice in assisting service users navigating anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, grief/loss. Dr. Ewart has training in working with the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Ewart has also previously worked in the secondary education system for many years. Dr. Ewart's doctoral degree focuses on implementing advanced clinical practice through a DEIPAR framework (diversity, equity, intersectionality, anti-racism, and power), and thus continues to work on incorporating this framework throughout her professional career, including the provision of therapy services.
