I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey. I have 10 years of experience along with specialized training in trauma, substance abuse counseling, depression/anxiety, as well as LGBTQIA issues. My style is often warm and validating while also using humor to challenge my clients in identifying maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors that may be hindering their enjoyment of life. I hold a Master's in Counseling from John Carroll University and am a licensed counselor in DE, NY, PA, and RI. In my free time, you can find me wandering NYC and exploring coffee shops and bookstores.
