I am a Holistic Therapist who practices an eclectic; person centered style; pulling from several different modalities. I am a trained EMDR practitioner; but I also utilize Mindfulness; Narrative therapy; CBT; and Play therapy. I work with clients aged 6 to 65. I have extensive experience working with trauma.Whether you are struggling in your relationship with yourself or others; I can help.
