Hello, I am Sandra Ventura, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I love the work I do and would like to be part of your support system. I understand how hard it is to reach out for help when you are going "through it" because I have been there. I also know how difficult it can be to find a professional who truly listens to your concerns without focusing on theirs-I have experienced that too. That is not how I operate. I am a straight shooter, I don't waste time, and I do not mislead my clients. While I don't have a magic pill or silver bullet to make all your concerns disappear, I bring extensive professional experience working with a broad range of issues and seeing people get better. I treat adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and work-related issues, to name a few. I use evidence-based techniques and strategies to help you get back on top of your game quickly. I work with a wide and diverse population and am familiar with many cultures and lifestyles. I am also fluent in Spanish. I invite you to consider working with me and take me along on your journey to a better you.
