I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University. We specialize in Premarital, Marriage, and Couples Therapy using the Gottman Method to help couples navigate conflict, repair past hurts, and improve emotional connection while increasing a sense of being back on the same team and sharing a vision for your future together. I work with couples to create relationships that feel fulfilling and resilient. Using the Gottman Method, a research-backed approach to understanding and improving relationships, we'll identify the patterns holding you back and replace them with skills that bring you closer together.
