My approach I utilize a variety of techniques, including but not limited to CBT, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused tools to drive a client-centered approach to making lasting changes in your life. I am passionate about mental health accessibility for all individuals. I have a strong belief in self-determination and the right to quality of life for all individuals! My focus Within our therapy processes, we will work together to get you to a place where you feel like you can function again, and you feel heard and seen by me. I look forward to helping you gain your life back and find happiness in it. My communication style I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore emotions and work toward meaningful growth. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to therapy is rooted in my desire to empower others to live authentically. I am deeply dedicated to the values of the Social Work Profession that include: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals facing a multitude of issues that create barriers to self-determined success. It has been a rewarding experience to walk alongside others as they overcome challenges and realize the power they hold in their lives despite the systems set up to oppress them.
