I am a LCSW with my Doctorate in Social Work. I have over 15yrs of experience working with children; adolescents; and adults who have experienced trauma and other related mental health symptoms. As a yoga teacher with additional pranayama trainings; I take a holistic approach towards treatment to help with the mind-body connection.
