OK that sounded gimmicky but I'm honestly here to help, whatever that might be to you and your life. My goal is for you to walk away thinking about our sessions. I'm here to provide a judge free and supportive space to help you identify any difficult issues that might be standing in the way of your life balance. I'm here to help you with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, postpartum adjustments, grief, and family or relationship communication issues.
