Hello! I’m so happy you are here. My name is Sarah Willson. I’m a therapist who works with individuals suffering from low self esteem, depression and low mood, anxiety, difficulties in relationship with others, body image, and adolescents and adults impacted by any level of trauma. I specialize in working specifically with individuals experiencing post traumatic stress disorder as well as supporting new parents, soon to be parents, and parents who have experienced pregnancy loss or still births. I enjoy working with veterans, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. My approach to treatment is eclectic, based on your personal preferences, needs, and goals, and guided by the highest standards of care in the industry. Therapy is always trauma-informed and trauma-responsive. I consider myself a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and enjoy working with individuals on both short term and long term goals.
