I get it. At this point, you may be exhausted with the feelings and/or issue at hand and need a space to feel heard. I commend you for finding the courage to seek out assistance in a therapist that you can trust. Whether it's depression, anxiety, stress, or trauma, I am here to help.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and am a certified trauma professional. I focus on problems stemming from anxiety, depression, and trauma in children, adolescents, and adults. I am able to focus on your needs and assist my clients with feeling whole again.
It's hard enough to discuss your true feelings with anyone, let alone a stranger. However, I encourage you to think of me as a mediator-someone who genuinely cares for you, your healing, and mental well-being. I can assist in changing those negative thoughts into positive ones and making your experience personalized.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Using a strength based approach, clients can expect to learn new tools and ways for them to manage their trauma, depression and/or anxiety in and outside of therapy.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
