Welcome, I have been in practice since 2005. I specialize in anxiety and depression, utilizing CBT to help clients manage these challenges and improve their quality of life. If you have experienced anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms, you will learn practical skills to manage your responses. I have experience working in community mental health and hospice care, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, anger management, borderline personality disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also provide counseling for clients experiencing substance abuse issues alongside mental health concerns. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support diverse client needs. My goal is to help you find healing and hope through any substance abuse or mental health-related issue. I offer Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Pre-Marital, and Marital Counseling. If you would like to incorporate a Christian-based perspective into your sessions, I am able to integrate this approach. By building on your strengths and confidence, you will begin to create a life where you feel empowered and fulfilled in the way you desire. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel more empowered to approach and achieve the goals you choose to focus on. Counseling sessions can be held in person at our office in Ormond Beach or online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I offer daytime and evening appointments to support your busy schedule. If I am not in-network with your insurance, we can provide a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
