I’ve actually not been able to see the provider so the review is on SOL. I was contacted once that the appointment was not available, and then after rebooking was set up with another provider whom I had no bio on. It was disheartening because I research before selecting a provider, and I’ve had no luck getting in with this one. I ultimately cancelled all together because it didn’t feel I go any autonomy in selecting my own therapist.
