Savra is the best therapist I've ever had (and I've had a few haha!). She is super insightful and understanding and non judgemental but also challenges you to dig deep and be honest with yourself.

My name is Savra Frounfelker, and I am as eclectic as my background and experience. I have lived with a passion for helping people live their best lives. I have lived all over the United States-from California, Nevada, Oregon, and Buffalo to now Colorado. I have encountered people from nearly every walk of life and am grateful for every experience. My work began as a case manager in California, supporting people with intellectual disabilities. From there, I pursued a Master's in Social Work at California State University, Sacramento, and later earned my PhD from the University at Buffalo. I loved teaching other social workers clinical skills for several years before deciding to return to direct practice and embrace being a clinician. Now, I find joy in helping people of all ages live their best lives by discovering how their unique gifts make them exceptional in their own way. I want to help people find their way toward knowing who they are and embracing that person as a beautiful piece of this very complicated puzzle.
