Sean D. Cleary is a Philadelphia-based Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults and teens who experience anxiety, chronic stress, depression, substance abuse, and many other challenges that life throws at us.
Sean was trained in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Schema Therapy at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and University of Pennsylvania.
Along with conducting therapy, Sean enjoys working as a sport psychology consultant and an adjunct faculty member in the undergraduate psychology department at Penn State Brandywine.
