As a team, we will work together by utilizing a structured and goal-oriented cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach to understand and change the way your thoughts and feelings influence your behavior. We will work to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and set practical goals to improve your overall well-being. In this therapeutic alliance, you will be in the driver’s seat in control of your treatment plan and direction, and I will be alongside you in the passenger seat holding the map that will serve to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier life. I look forward to supporting you and working with you on this journey.
