We will work to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and set practical goals to improve your overall well-being. In this therapeutic alliance, you will be in the driver’s seat in control of your treatment plan and direction, and I will be alongside you in the passenger seat holding the map that will serve to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier life. I look forward to supporting you and working with you on this journey.
