Unfortunately, there are some pretty big things you can't figure out-things like knowing what to say or understanding what other people are feeling. You get impatient, overwhelmed, and you don't know how to fix what's wrong. Well, you are not supposed to. That's my job. That's why I spent years becoming a doctor, earning my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, so I could learn how to fix problems like this. It's not magic; it's science. There are processes and skills that you need to learn and practice, and I can teach you them. It's not easy, but it is achievable.
