What should a new client know about working with you?

Dr. Theo provides individual online sessions to clients who are seeking to improve their executive functions, attention, and emotional intelligence. Challenges in these areas often experienced as problems with focus and motivation, diminished productivity and disorganization, lack of self-discipline, and inability to reach one’s full potential. Dr. Theo also provides services to individuals who have experienced brain injuries and dealing with issues of adjustment, transition, and reintegration.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My priority is to ensure that you are receiving the most suitable services for your needs. As a result, our initial session is exploratory and allows us to determine whether your needs and my expertise are a good fit. After an introductory session, we will collaboratively establish some goals and we will decide how to best work on achieving them. The number and frequency of sessions is flexible and based on your goals and needs.
