I am Sharene Heisler, LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker). I look forward to supporting and assisting you in the goals you establish as we begin our work together!
My approach
I believe in a client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach. I am trained and certified in many modalities and interventions including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed, and many other approaches in psychotherapy care.
My focus
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I am skilled and experienced in providing treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.
My communication style
It is vital that rapport and trust are established in the therapeutic relationship. I work to offer individuals a place to be authentically themselves without judgment or repercussions. A place where confidentiality and support are paramount.
