Do you sometimes feel enveloped by sadness or overcome with worry? Looking for a safe space to share your challenges and work through resolution? I am passionate about working with teens, adults and seniors who are challenged by mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma or stress-related disorders. Left untreated mental health challenges can manifest in ways that are harmful to us as individuals and our society. My goal is to provide a safe and positive space for clients to reflect, grow in understanding, reimagine and overcome challenges so they can build a life that reflects their vision for themselves.
I believe the path to wellness is unique for each person. You are special. There is no "copy and paste" approach to effective therapy. I am committed to a 'whole person' therapeutic approach that considers the mind, body, spirit and culture while relying on evidence-based practices such as person-centered and cognitive therapies to build better you.
I am a passionate and compassionate advocate for my clients and believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic connect. Outside of work, I'm a sci-fi enthusiast who loves to travel and is learning to knit (harder than it looks!). Let's talk. I'm guessing you have much to share.
