The struggle is real. Life can be complicated, difficult, and confusing. Working with the right therapist can empower you to embrace the deeper changes sometimes needed to navigate those challenges. I understand that being vulnerable can be difficult; establishing an authentic connection with your therapist can help. I am here to provide a safe space for you to be at your bravest.
My name is Nicole, and I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, trauma, self-esteem issues, and overall hardship. I utilize an eclectic, person-centered approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused theories to tailor therapy to your unique strengths and needs. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Capella University.
The journey to finding oneself is the most important path we embark upon, and it is one you deserve. I invite you to get comfortable with the uncomfortable-let's do this together.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Every session will give you food for thought and fresh perspectives on the events of your life. You will be challenged with suggestions for responding in new ways that will take practice to learn. You will begin to see your life in a new and different way, as you take control of your own well-being.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
