If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in the middle of a life transition, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with young adults, adults, teens, children (ages 5+), and families who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and move through the world with more clarity and confidence.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and Massachusetts, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I create a space where you can exhale—where you're allowed to be fully human without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, whether it’s anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, or burnout, and build the skills and insight to help you move forward in a way that feels empowering and true to you.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches—like trauma-focused CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and expressive therapies—and I always tailor sessions to meet your needs, not fit you into a formula. I also understand how past experiences and identity shape the way we cope, so I show up with cultural humility and deep respect for the complexity of your story.
Clients often tell me I help them feel safe to open up and supported as they make meaningful changes. My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you uncover the resilience, wisdom, and self-trust that are already within you.
