UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. As a clinician, I am dedicated to assisting my clients in identifying the tools needed to live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. I strive to work with each client at their own pace while ensuring that I teach skills that are effective for each unique person. As we work together, my hope is that each individual who comes through my door accepts no one's definition of their life but has the strength to define themselves and identify their purpose through this journey called life. My core values include compassion; acceptance of everyone's right to compassionate care; respect for everyone's unique path toward their own healing; and empowerment for everyone to have a voice. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
