Sherly Constant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Masters Level Certified Addiction Professional who completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University.
She is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole and has over 12 years of experience treating individuals with substance use diagnosis, co-occurring disorder, transgender population, forensic, and youths.
Sherly also has experience working with the LGBTQ community and newly diagnosed clients with HIV and/or other STI. Her specialties include Addictions Treatment, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Transgendered Care.
Sherly provides services to couples, individuals, families, and groups. She treats daily clients who have clinical depression, PTSD, anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, addiction, difficulty with self-esteem, co-dependency, and divorce and relationship conflict. She believes that the ecological perspective is essential in effectively helping her clients.
