My visits with Joesph have been phenomenal. His work with internal family therapy is amazing. He took me on a journey I didnt even know was possible and has help me start healing from thing I didnt even realize ere hirting me. He is patient and kind and understanding. I love working with him.

Are there times when memories of past events stay unresolved with you? What about fears of what your future may bring? Over time, life situations and tragedy's losses fill you with grief-losses that still overwhelm you mentally. You can't quite make sense of these events in life. Traditional talk therapy has not supplied the correct answers to these questions. I have a different way to process life events. Through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), you can start to see the forest through the trees. The way does not need to seem insurmountable or daunting. In fact, facing it and ‘going inside' with these modalities, you may gain space between those blocks that hinder you from the peace and calm you desperately seek.
Are you troubled by memories of the past? Do fears about the future weigh you down? Traumas, tragedies, grief, losses, disappointments, and transitions can overwhelm you, making it difficult to function and enjoy life. Have you felt your Christian beliefs misunderstood by the therapy process? Have you found traditional talk therapy to be ineffective? I am here to offer you relief.

The experience that I have had with Simon has been the best that I have ever had with any therapist! The technique that we use has absolutely changed my life and I am eternally grateful for this. I deal with severe mental health symptoms and this has been the most cathartic and long lasting relief I've ever had. I might be repeating myself here, but I am not the same person that I was before I started my therapy with him. Even when there are days when I really don't feel like doing therapy and/or don't feel like there's anything for us to work on we ALWAYS find something that needs working on. I cannot recommend Simon and the therapy enough. My quality of life and sense of self has improved on a colossal scale. Thank you for all of your hard work and patience Simon! You are the absolute best. ?? A+ 10/10

I hav never been able to ever open up to a man but Simon idk what it was but I could just trust him right off and we clicked from the start he is great

Simon is very professional and compassionate. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are in a good head space. He is easy to get ahold of if you need him during business hours. He is always on time for appointments. I would highly recommend him.
